About Me
My name is Kristen and I am the owner of KrisFyt Fitness and Nutrition. I am a Strength and Confidence Coach, a Certified Holistic Health Coach, a Certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss Coach, a Power Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, and an Indoor Cycle Instructor.
I am also a busy mom of three children (ages 8, 6, and 5) and have lived in Hopkinton since 2015 with my husband, Bryan.

I am an active member of the Hopkinton Chamber of Commerce, Hopkinton Moms group, Hopkinton Peloton Moms group, and Hopkinton Moms Run this Town group.

Previously, I graduated from Bentley University in 2004, followed by a position in corporate marketing. It was then I realized how passionate I was about health and wellness and decided to pursue these dreams.
